This cozy unit offers a full kitchen and living area with a sleeper sofa suitable for a child, along with a comfortable bedroom featuring a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a refreshing shower, making this studio perfect for a relaxing coastal stay.

The space

Access & Parking Information
As with many homes in Dana Bay, our property is built against the hillside. This means the driveway has an incline, and you’ll need to use a short flight of stairs to reach the verandas/balconies and access the units. It’s not a strenuous climb, but we want our guests to be aware.

Parking on the property is limited and works on a first-come, first-served basis. When on-site spaces are full, safe street parking is available directly outside in a well-lit area.

Other things to note

For security reasons, the booking holder must be the one staying in the unit.
Unfortunately, no visitors are allowed during the stay.

Two small, friendly lap dogs live on the property but are safely fenced off.
