Welcome to The Big Flat, a bright and spacious retreat perfect for families, couples traveling together, or guests seeking a little extra room to unwind. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and practicality, this inviting unit features two well-appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

The main bedroom offers the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, providing a relaxing space to refresh after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The heart of the flat is its fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay — from cookware and utensils to modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, the comfortable dining area creates the perfect setting for shared meals, games, or relaxed evening chats.

The living room features a generously sized sleeper sofa, able to accommodate two adults with ease, making the flat ideal for extended families or groups of up to six. The space is warm, welcoming, and designed to feel like a true home away from home.

Step outside onto your private stoep, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, a sunset drink, or simply soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The space

Access & Parking Information
As with many homes in Dana Bay, our property is built against the hillside. This means the driveway has an incline, and you’ll need to use a short flight of stairs to reach the verandas/balconies and access the units. It’s not a strenuous climb, but we want our guests to be aware.

Parking on the property is limited and works on a first-come, first-served basis. When on-site spaces are full, safe street parking is available directly outside in a well-lit area.
